Shipping
At SOMERI, we prioritize timely order processing and aim to ship all orders within 48 hours. During peak times, such as sales and holidays, this may extend to 72 hours. Once your order is dispatched, please note that we’re unable to make changes or cancellations, including adjustments to the shipping address.
For UAE customers, we offer complimentary express shipping with an estimated delivery of 2-3 business days. Additionally, a next-day delivery option is available for 20 AED.
For international orders, we ship via DHL, with an expected delivery time of 3-5 business days at a flat rate of 60 AED. If, during checkout, you find that your country isn’t available for shipping, fill out the contact form with your desired order below, and we’ll assist you in placing it. Please be aware that additional duties and taxes may apply based on your region. SOMERI is not responsible for extra charges incurred upon delivery, and we do not accept returns or provide refunds for orders not received due to unpaid duties. For an estimate of any potential import fees, we recommend contacting your local DHL representative.
If a shipment is held at customs and returned to our warehouse, we will issue a refund, deducting both the original and return shipping fees.
Returns, Store Credit and Exchange Policy
We believe that every woman deserves to feel empowered and confident in what she wears, and we're dedicated to supporting you in achieving this. If you'd like to initiate a return, you can do so within 7 days of receipt. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount unless the piece(s) received are faulty.
To initiate a return, fill up the form below with your order number. Pieces must be unworn and in their original packaging, with all tags and hygienic seals intact to be eligible for a refund. Once assessed, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges are subject to availability and assessed on a case-by-case basis. Sale pieces cannot be returned but may be exchanged. We reserve the right to refuse returns for pieces that do not meet our return conditions.
